The air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to use, with the tube going out of the bathroom window, but we managed to direct the air into the bedroom eventually. The bathroom door couldn't be closed properly, but it didn't bother us much.
There were a few drawbacks. The room was small, which seems to be common in old buildings in Venice.

During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the eco-friendly approach of the hotel. The fact that the rooms were only serviced every 3 days was actually a positive for me, as it made me feel like I was contributing to the environment. The entrance and stairs were impeccably clean, and the modern shower room in my room was simply excellent. the comfortable bed and the tranquil view of the canal and campanile added to the overall peaceful ambiance.
I wasn't particularly fond of the small size of the toilet in my room. It felt a bit cramped and uncomfortable, almost like being in a tiny wardrobe.

The room was spacious and included a separate living area with a dining table, and the bed and pillows were comfortable.

I had a great stay in this hotel. The location is perfect, with a ten-minute walk from the bus/tram station and a lively square just across the street. The hotel is not overly noisy and has a nice atmosphere. The family suite I stayed in was very clean, with a decent-sized bathroom and a comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well in cooling the room quickly, which was very welcome during the hot and humid weather. The hotel is conveniently located near a water bus stop, making it easy to explore different parts of the city. The hotel also has a rooftop terrace with a table and chairs, providing a unique experience with beautiful views of the city.
No issues.

Air conditioning was cumbersome.

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel conveniently located near many attractions. The best part? The airport is just a hop, skip, and a jump away. Only downside? Definitely not feeling like I'm living in Venice's little countryside.

For the price, we got amazing value! The room was stylish and comfortable with a big bed and spacious bathroom. The location was fantastic, right on the canal with beautiful views and lots of nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available.
Breakfast delights could be improved with more variety and options.

The hotel had a great location, with easy access to local attractions and a variety of dining options. The staff was exceptional, providing helpful recommendations and going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Additionally, the hotel offered nice little touches like sweets and Easter eggs during the Christmas season.
One drawback was the lack of elevator, which could be a challenge for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, accessing the balcony required climbing through a window, which may not be ideal for those who are less agile.
